Yi Tarng holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) with Honours from the University of London and was admitted as an Advocate & Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in 2023. Prior to joining the Malaysian Bar, he spent three years in Singapore as a paralegal, gaining valuable experience in banking & finance and construction disputes.
He later joined L.X. Chiah & Associates as a partner, where his practice focuses on estate planning and administration, advising individuals and families on wills, probate, and letters of administration to ensure the smooth transfer and preservation of wealth in line with Malaysian laws. In addition, he also advises on corporate and commercial matters, providing clients with well-rounded legal support for both personal and business needs.

Li Xin graduated with a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) from the University of London and was admitted as an Advocate & Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in 2020. She began her career under the tutelage of Madam Nora Lam Siew Wan at Nora S. W. Lam & Associates before moving in-house with WB Projects Sdn. Bhd. where she served as Legal Manager. She later returned to private practice as the principal of L.X. Chiah & Associates.
With extensive experience across both private practice and corporate roles, Li Xin has developed strong commercial and legal expertise. She has led negotiations, advised on property development projects, and drafted a wide range of corporate and real estate agreements. Her practice focuses on corporate advisory, contract negotiation, and real estate transactions, where she is dedicated to delivering business-driven legal solutions aligned with client objectives.
